This was such a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. The staff is top notch and thankful for how they came through for us. We were midway through our week and left another place in town for a myriad of reasons and Hotel Tybee bent over backwards to get us into a beautiful room that was a huge blessing. Customer service is a priority for HT and I am thankful.

Amazing location to the beach. It doesn’t get any better location to the beach. The hotel needed some TLC and our room floors need a good scrubbing. We stayed off season so the price was great but if we had paid more for the room I would have been very upset of room quality vs price. It was easy to overlook the negatives for the price and how close we were to the beach.

We had a good stay. The hotel is very close to the beach and they have provided enough chairs and beach towels for our stay. The staff were very kind as well. It was a short stay but great one!

This is my favorite place to be, just steps out to the beach and restaurants. Also they provide you with beach chairs and towels so that’s less packing you have to do. This made our third time visiting and hopefully the next time won’t be as long of a wait to do it again

Good location w access to beach. Hotel does provide towels and beach chairs. Clean but very outdated. Careful when paying for oceanfront because if you’re not on 3rd or 4th floor you will only have a view of parking lot or dunes.

We had the King Bed with ocean view. It was a spectacular view. Short walk to the beach. Close proximity to eateries and shopping. Enjoyed the complimentary Beach Yoga. There's plenty of parking for guests. I like that you need a key card to get into the hotel since registration is not in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. However, in our room we found food left in the microwave. Someone's bathing suit in the drawer.

Stay was great, housekeeping did a mediocre job cleaning our room and didn’t make our bed, it was more like, throw the sheets and comforter over the pillows and didn’t really do a mop of our floor it still had grains of sand. The housekeeper on duty spoke no English so I had to use Google translator to request fresh towels. I’ve been coming here for 4 years so overall it’s a nice comfortable stay but certain housekeeper staff need to sharpen their chops in their work.

The ocean front view was absolutely beautiful. The surrounding was not extra crowded. Front desk staff was very polite What I didn't like was my room floor was sandy upon arrival. No housekeeping service even when requested. The balcony was not cleaned. I didn't like having to pay for amenities that I didn't use and no option provided. Not my first visit to this place but it was my first disappointment with Hotel Tybee

Hotel Tybee looks like it was once a nice place; it would benefit from a more professional upgrade. The walls are painted; clearly, the paint was slapped on. Our room was not dirty; it was just well-used, and it was not cleaned every day; perhaps they were short-staffed. The shower pressure was very low, so showers took longer than normal when trying to rinse off beach sand or shampoo. On the plus side, the mattress is wonderful, the white sheets and bedding are clean, and the pillows are very comfortable. Nice white towels in the bathroom. The beach chairs were great to have. The location is very good.
