"Super lindo el hotel"

"The staff was amazing, the front desk helped with booking excursions, massages, and private chefs. We did the panoramic suite and it was big, comfy, and fun. We had our own rooftop pool and 3 king bedrooms/3 full bathrooms. Had a great on site restaurant and bar. Really nice gym. Elevator was available and some of the staff spoke English for us that need it. Only slight negatives where the nearby surroundings where not great to look at and the water would, at times, smell bad so we would...

"Breakfast was fresh but very late every morning. It started after 8am, i had trips planned and needed to leave early on fee days but there was no breakfast. I tried looking around the property but couldn’t find anyone to ask. Also, apparently there was a waterfall but they didn’t turn it on until my last day of trip. They also tried to put me in a different room than the one I booked ( Orchid Suite). I has to ask them about it and then they moved me."
