"I’m always well taken care of here, and it never disappoints."

"Great design, amazing staff, loud buzzing in my room for most of the stay. Staff tried to address through noise machine, but not appropriate for a 5 star hotel"

"Our favorite hotel in NYC."

"The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but we were a party of four and felt perfectly comfortable. "Great location. Good size room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Helpful staff"

"Great experience"

"Nos encantó la atención. Dejamos perdido un objeto de mi hija y fueron muy amables en ayudarnos en todo momento."

"Staff"

"The breakfast options could have been better. On checkout day one of the elevators was broken. It took forever to get one that wasn’t overfilled and crowded. Very inconvenient especially on checkout day."

"Great location. Courteous staff. Well maintained."

"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."
