"Staff is amazing and accommodating, rooms are clean and perfect for a little getaway. Only downside is the pool area isn’t the greatest in Banff. If the pool were heated, I think it would be better, but otherwise absolutely love it here and we’ll be coming back for sure."

"The manager at the front desk was so helpful! The room was amazing, the balcony and fireplace made the place so cozy I hardly wanted to leave. Service was super fast as well to restock fire supplies and coffee."

From the moment we arrived it was apparent that the hotel was in fact situated in as beautiful a setting as the on photos suggest and things only got better from there with customer service upon check-in, room finishing and thoughtful details, luxury spa/retreat-like amenities, and on-site dining options all exceeding our expectations.
