"The hotel was okay overall, but the price was a bit high, probably because it was peak season. There were too few coin-operated washing machines and dryers, and only one of them was working during our stay."

"Great location. On arrival we were offered free bus passes to use into the town centre and to the Gondola. Hotel offers free parking in underground car park. There is a lift from the car park to the reception. Receptionists were very helpful. The only odd thing in our room was the location of the toilet in the bathroom which was so tight against the vanity unit, we had to sit slightly sideways to use it!"
