"There was a complete lack of cleanliness during my stay. Both the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub were extremely dirty—I could clearly see dead insects floating in the water. After using the pool, I even developed severe rashes, which was very concerning. Additionally, the EV charging stations in the parking area were not functioning at all. As I was traveling with a fully electric car, I was unable to charge it, causing significant inconvenience throughout my stay. A hair dryer is a basic amenity that should be available in every resort room, yet there was none provided, which was disappointing. Additionally, in the men’s changing room by the pool, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty, and there was no staff available to restock or assist."

"Parking was a nightmare. There are not many parking spaces and guests had to park on the sidewalks but were blocking cars from being able to get out. It was a free for all. The hot tub was packed during the entire stay (morning, daytime, and nighttime) with groups of partiers. Management did nothing about the parking or the hot tub. The unit is older but well-equipped. When booking for 4 guests, the website did not indicate that everyone was staying in the same bedroom. Poor value for the money spent."

"Great central location close to the hub for shuttles, rental equipment, shopping and restaurants. We used the ski storage and caught our Sunshine shuttle behind the hotel. Rented skis basically across the street. Brazen provided a nice meal and the staff were great hosts. The main street is hopping well into the evening so be prepared for a little noise. We used the hot tub, but the lounge was not open when we visited. Overall it was a good spot for an active vacation."

"The rooms are nice but outdated. It’s hard to sleep with all the noise and lights and the beds are not super comfortable. The staff is absolutely incredible. Anything you need they can help you with anything very sweet. I never saw breakfast and I don’t believe it was included. Hot tub is nice but overrun with people."

"Beautiful hotel and stunning location. Gatehouse room was spacious and the staff was very helpful. Close to downtown, easy to walk to, but they offer a complimentary bus/shuttle which we appreciated on the cold cold evenings."
