"World class service Worth the upgrade to Gold. Cannot say enough about the welcome team and their relationship building. We weren’t there for long but easily felt like part of the family"

"Super great location in the middle of town. Free bus to many attractions like Tunnel Mountain and gondola. Easy parking in the building. Would stay there again. "
"We loved our stay at the Otter Hotel in Banff. Beyond being in such a magical location, the hotel itself was wonderful and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Having on-site parking was a big plus.
The restaurant is absolutely to die for — do yourself a favor and have both breakfast and dinner there at least once, the food is delicious. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice little kitchen area and balcony. I wouldn’t call it luxury, but it has everything you need. The showers are great, and I have to give a special mention to the amazing soap (you can even buy it at a shop in Banff if you fall in love with it like I did).
Amenities like the sauna and jacuzzi were a highlight, especially with the beautiful views. They can get crowded at times, which is understandable in such a touristy spot during high season, so just be prepared. The only small thing I noticed was a few used towels and cups left around — a bit more attention to tidying up would make it even better — but it didn’t take away from my experience at all.
A big shout-out to Fredy, who went out of his way to accommodate us and share great recommendations around the area. The hotel also provides bus passes and bike rental coupons, which were really handy.
Overall, we had a great experience and I would definitely stay here again"
"Perfect location for a new family. We had the king suite with day bed. Facility was brand new, newly furnished. Patio doors open up to Lynx street across from bluebird restaurant that specializes in Grilled Steaks. We couldn’t get seating with a baby as bar seats were only available. However it was a 4-5 min walk to the Keg. All stores were open late. People are pleasant to interact with. Did not have time to try out the pool and other amenities but the views were breathtaking. Parking is $14 overnight so we liked that. Overall impressed."
