Our favorite hotel in Banff! We stay here every time we visit. The hotel is beautiful and spotless, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is lovely. The pool area is wonderful, and even the little details, like the quality of the bath amenities, make the stay extra special. The heated parking garage is another great bonus, especially during the winter months. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else!🙌

Manu at check in was so pleasant and sweet. The hot pools, fire pits and sauna were amazing. Beautiful views and away from the hustle bustle of the centre hub on Banff Ave. The food at Good Folk was good.

We loved it! The roof top hot tub was amazing. The rooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It is at the end of the strip of Banff ave, but the property will supply bus passes to get into town which is great. Staff were pleasant =) Will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel with comfy rooms and beds. Great food at the restaurant. Convenient location. A bit removed from all the crowds downtown, but close enough to walk. Really enjoyed the restaurant next door for breakfast treats and afternoon happy hour. We will stay here again when we come back.
