The location is perfect—right in the heart of Banff—with beautiful mountain views all around. The overall atmosphere of the lodge felt peaceful and relaxing, and the service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. "Friendly staff when we entered the hotel. There was parking out back for our truck. The hotel itself and our room were very clean and welcoming. The Inn is very close to downtown and the Banff Christmas market. Easy walking distance. The bar on site was wonderful. Friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel definitely doesn’t look fancy, but staff is friendly and helpful, room is clean and has everything I need and the hot tub is nice and relaxing. Room has plenty of plugs, sound proof is nice and they offer milk at the lobby. Thank you for the stay and I’m super happy with every penny I spent!"
