"個人的にホテルに戻る際に怪我をしてしまい、深夜だったこともあり、患部を冷やしたり、近隣病院の情報をいただいたりして大変お世話になりありがとうございました。 ただ、部屋のバスルームの換気扇が作動してなかったのは残念でした。"

"Best first hotel we could’ve stayed at, visiting Japan for the first time. We were a group of 7. We caught the airport limousine bus from Narita airport direct to Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel which is a short 5 minute walk to Double Tree, easily done with a carry on and checked luggage. DoubleTree is literally right next to a station with a line that goes directly to Tokyo Station (easy to get to everywhere else from here), Shibuya and Shinjuku Station (especially good if you want to...

"Loved the experience staying"

"Great location close to train stations and a short walk from Shinagawa station."

"The room was clean, but it could have been vacuumed a little better. It was interesting there is not a vent/fan in the bathroom, but you also have to keep the bathroom door closed when showering so the steam does not set off the fire alarm. This may be difficult for some to deal with when they take hot showers. The staff was very friendly and although the hotel is large, it is easy to navigate. Having convenience stores so close was also super helpful, especially when we had to express check out...

"The hotel and staff were great! A little far from the center of the city but there is a train station two blocked away which made it so convenient. And loved that it was so quiet in that neighborhood."

"Everything in the hotel was perfect"

"I would recommend this hotel - the location, staff, and amenities were all excellent. However, there were issues during my stay. The room was small and the walls were quite badly marked with various yellowish/brownish stains - I did report this to the hotel staff who responded very quickly to clean off many of these marks. But housekeeping felt quite limited e.g. during a 9-day stay, I don’t think my room was vacuumed and used teacups were not cleaned/replaced. The hotel did generally smell of...

"Amazing property. Breakfast was amazing and everything was so fresh. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small but perfectly cleaned with a nice balcony. The balcony helped to make it feel less crowded"

"Ensuite laundry was great, friendly staff."

"The hotel was extremely convenient being located right in the international terminal. We also had our luggage forwarded there from our hotel in Kyoto which made traveling to the airport hotel so much easier!"
