"It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule."

"Comfortable and more spacious than people realize. It was a little warm and there's not any way to adjust temperatures. Otherwise, no complaints. If I'm traveling on my own, I would definitely do it again."

"Very much a business hotel so it’s giving, shoe box in terms of space but no surprise there. Not far from Hatagaya station which can get you to either Shinjuku or Shibuya very easily. Over all a nice place but not for “ long term “ stay if you’re not solo traveling."

"Property was close and walkable to Ueno Train station, which the Skyliner Express Train from/to Narita Airport travels to. Makes it very convenient to start your trip in Japan. Also the subway lines are very close too. As a solo traveler, the room was adequate in size and has room for your luggage or backpack, nice bathroom, fridge, kettle, tv and desk. There's a eating area with microwave on second floor. Would book here again, which I did on this trip."

"You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."

"Check-in and check-out went smoothly, although I think one of the other staffers didn't think I understood any Japanese. The capsule bed was pretty comfortable. There was a 7-11 a short walk away. The capsule had a TV that I could plug my Switch into, although it came with headphones that didn't seem to work. (...which is fine; I have some bluetooth headphones that I use to connect to my Switch.) Most of the other facilities were pretty cramped. The floor I was on had three toilets,...

"The beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the bathrooms and showers were clean. It's in a relatively convenient area, and was well worth the price. Would stay there again!"
