"Was super busy with a super long lineup like at the airport. The spa/onsen area needs to be kept more cleaner. But overall, location was perfect and easily accessible to transportation and the Minato Mirai area too. "

"Hotel is very convenient to everywhere. Walkable distance to get good foods. JR station is just 10-13 min walk. Limousine bus stop in front of the hotel is a plus."

"Lobby staff were amazig and very accomodating. Breakfast brunch was top quality with a great variety of every food item such as ramen, omelettes, roast beef, fresh OJ. Room was very clean and spacious. Amenities had a lot of variety ranging from toothbrushes to facial creams. Location was very cloae to the train station, grocery store and Don Qui. Would defintily stay again."

"The staffs are friendly and the location is amazing. It is close to a lot of different shopping centers, dining places, and transportation hubs. The room can be a little small but we are okay with that since we were not in our room a lot. Would stay here again next time I am in Tokyo. "

"Really like the convenience of this hotel. Close to JR, subway and bus terminals. Lots of restaurants and malls around. Narita bus drop and pick up at the hotel. Luggage storage while we continue to explore the city. Very nice and friendly staff. "

"The hotel is comfortable and central. I have stayed here a few times and recommend the corner suite if you like a little more space. It was perfect for two people with luggage. I loved how much light came in the room. My only complaint about the hotel is there is no common space if you want to leave your room to work or take a call. The restaurant is under different management than the hotel and they are not accommodating. They do not allow you to sit in the restaurant if everyone at the table...

"The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk"

"Even though my room was small, I did not feel uncomfortable. I used the public bath house everyday, and other people appeared to enjoy it, too. The staffs speak good English, and they were friendly and professional."
