"Excellent stay in Ikebukuro. Hotel well placed from JR Station. Room was really nice. It was clean, had a great view from the 21st floor and was well maintained with daily housekeeping. Staff was very helpful. I didn't have a lot of questions, but when I did they were very attentive. I would define stay here again."

"What an amazing hotel!! Near a mall with incredible shops! As a single female traveler I felt safe and comfortable!!"

Breakfast was great, large selection of freshly cooked dishes, frest vegetables and fruit. I would recommend the...

"The bed is not great for an American. But perhaps it works for other cultures. If you prefer any support at all this is not the bed for you, Location was great. Restaurant was excellent."
