"I stayed here for two nights and I loved it. The room was very clean, comfortable, and I slept really well, which I appreciated so much. The staff were super friendly and kind, and the balcony and rooftop were beautiful. I enjoyed spending time there. At the end of my stay they even gave me a hotel bag as a gift. It was such a sweet gesture, especially because I actually needed one haha Overall my experience was amazing. I felt great there and I would stay again for sure if I return to Hanoi....

"The staff were amazing, very friendly and made us feel at home. They gave us local suggestions and it was easy to communicate with them while we were out exploring, via whatsapp. They offered us a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options; fruit, juices, meat, eggs, pho, dumplings, spring rolls etc. everything from check in to check out and laundry service were seamless."
