"Some of the rooms felt claustrophobic as there were no windows. I also stayed in a room where the face basin was in the room and the toilet was in the shower. The free breakfast was nothing to write home about and very lacking. The advertisement for the hotel lists a mini bar/refrigerator but says nothing about the fact the you have to pay for the things in it; you find that out when you’re checking out and they charge you for the things that you consumed. "Classy hotel with compact rooms. Despite being ideally and centrally located, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was fresh consisting of fruits, pastries, breads, a menu for eggs/pho/banh mu/omelettes/crepes together with fresh spring rolls, salad, cereals, yoghurts, juices and Vietnamese delicacies. "Stayed here overnight as we were passing through Hanoi from Sapa to Ninh Binh. We chose this hotel because it’s walking distance from the Sapa express bus stop in Hanoi. We were able to walk with our suitcases there without issue. Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and the room itself was perfect for what we needed. In fact they gave us a free upgrade which was incredibly kind. The breakfast buffet was yummy too and they offered soy milk as an alternative which I was incredibly grateful for. More...
