"Outdated pool and hot tub"

"Clean and tidy; the staff was very well equipped and helpful. The hotel feels 'luxurious' certainly. However the design is a bit odd throughout the lobby and main spaces - they feel a bit disjointed. The menu at the bar for dinner was interesting - too small to have good basics. Too funky really - even the cocktails were a little too odd. That would be my only complaint."

"Check-in was at 3 pm. The room we booked supposedly was saying it wasn't finished being cleaned. The front desk clerk offered us a different room, but we specifically booked this room for a reason. After the third time, I asked the front clerk if our room was ready (50 minutes after check-in, 3:50 pm). They then checked the room themselves and saw that it was cleaned. Our room very likely could have been ready the entire time, but there was a miscommunication between the cleaning staff and the front desk. If check-out is 12 pm, and check-in is 3 pm, there should be enough staff to flip the rooms, or either check-out needs to be earlier, or check-in needs to be later."
