"1. They don’t tell you the pools closed even after asking when does the pool open 2. There was chewed gum and a weird wet sticky spot on our floor. 3. The tv NEVER worked like you’re supposed to be an up to date establishment how is that possible 4. THE ROOM IS HOTTER THAN THE SUN and they won’t let you get cold air ! 5. The stupidity of charging more money for parking literally just the dumbest hotel ever "

"After a stressful search for a quality hotel that is close in proximity of where I was working, I found this gem.Everything that you see in the images and even the many positive reviews are indeed factual. From the moment I arrived the Valet was very nice and helpful. I was greeted with a friendly smile and as my bags/luggage was being removed from my vehicle and placed on a luggage cart. When I went to assist, I was told "no sir, we'll take care of all of this for you. Just let me know your room number after check in!" I proceed to the front desk and was greeted yet with another friendly smile. Roughly 2-3 minutes later, I have my room key and I am headed to my room. Once I enter my room I immediately notice the fully stocked bar on the counter with a nice (but pricey) variety of beverages. Then underneath that counter is a minifridge stocked with even more! My view was awesome and the room was very clean. The fitness center and pool was also huge with my decision to pick this hotel and neither disappointed. Although I didn't take advantage of their breakfast, I did order som lemon pepper wings and fries. They were delivered to my room and tasted great and hot. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The professionalism and friendliness was nonstop. 10/10!!!!"

"I thought it was turned out to be a hidden Jim in the heart of Buckhead. The place is dark, noisy, lots of traffic in and out because of the nightclub. The staff was excellent especially Angel in valet parking. Elevators were rough and smelled like weed."

"I have to call staff as there was mold in shower and bathroom floor was sticky then next day for hair dryer was not working and room was stinky to begin with and after all this happen when we ask for Invoice which they did not offer they have charge me Valet parking and Slef Parking. Nice way to make money Business don’t service like this."
