The hotel and staff were so delightful, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. DJ at the front was exceptionally helpful and provided my guests and I with great hospitality. He certainly embraces and represents the Hyatt family very well.

From the time we pulled up on the property it was amazing. The staff greeted us with a smile and friendly greetings, The 15th floor is absolutely amazing. The rooms were clean and food delicate. I will not stay anywhere else.

I loved that the property was clean, well maintained and modern. The checkin process was quick quite and easy as well as check out. The property gives a vibe of a boutique hotel quiet and calm, until Friday night patrons arrive to visit Spaceman on the roof top.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were responsive and professional. The location across from Lenox convenient. The rooftop bar was a vibe, if you are interested in music and drinks at the end of the night. The pool is small and although the breakfast options at the restaurant were great, the lunch/dinner options were subpar.

Very clean hotel. Has everything two bars,pool. Roof top was my fav. They had a dj and the drinks were good . Mall is is across the street. Free car service if going within a mile. Good food on site. I will come back.

The staff was very nice & welcoming. The room was ok, the bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable & you can hear the highway & road noise if you’re on the back of the hotel, the bathroom was nice & the shower was great. The parking situation wasnt great & expensive in relation to the hotel in my opinion

We truly enjoyed this hotel and will be back. The room was clean, even though the mattress was a bit soft. But don’t let this deter you. Things like mattress and pillows vary per taste, per person. We truly enjoyed the breakfast downstairs. It was delicious and they make a mean latte. Staff were friendly. The Spacemen bar upstairs offered nice drinks and bites (try the Brussel sprouts) as well ad a spectacular view at sunset. It’s located next to a mall which proved dangerous to our wallets but safe to say that we will be back.
