"no fridge and extremely small ice bucket- useless no self parking, valet $59\night I had to park in a parking structure next door. Tess hotel didn't offer sticker discount but hotel across the street did. Watched front desk staff be rude to a guest. Cash only hotel, couldn't get change to tip bellman. Would not stay here again"

"Stayed for one night to attend an event, this was a beautiful hotel and the location near the mall came in handy for a last-minute need. Also, I checked out the nearby Thai massage studio and it was one of the best massages I’ve had!"

"1. Checkin was okay not great but ok 2. Avoid buffet breakfast. Was literally the worst”omelette” i ever ate. Literally trash. Couldnt finish it. And i eat everything. But that that omelette. 3. Didnt clean my room. Gave me attitude when i inquired. Proceeded to barge in despite do not disturb notice. 4.coffee was trash too 5. Gym. Gym was tiny. 6. Towels had make up stains. Not from me."
