"Everything was great"

"Overall the hotel is in good shape. Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Our overall stay was good, but at the same time frustrating. We were issued 4 room keys at check in. Upon reaching our room it took multiple tries with all four keys for the room door to open. We told the desk later that day about the issue and were told they’d have engineering replace the battery in the door lock. It took 3 more times of us telling them about the issue for them to actually have someone sent to the room and address the issue. Our daughter joined us on the last night, that morning at 7am I asked the front desk for a rollaway bed for her. We returned at noon and there was no bed in the room. Asked the front desk again and got the same answer. Went to dinner came back to the room and still no bed. Another call and finally a bed came with a pillow and no blanket. Called down for a blanket and was told there were no blankets left and was offered an extra sheet. Communication and logistics seems to be nonexistent. I was told due to the hotel being sold out for the weekend there was a shortage of linens. How can a hotel who’s one job is guest satisfaction not be ready for a sold out weekend. I would absolutely not stay at this hotel again and suggest the Hilton right behind it, they were also fully booked but apparently didn’t run out of blankets. "

"The property did welcome pets. The staff was super friendly. Clean room. Everyone met our needs. Its was great to have the kitchenette as we were in Atlanta for 6days for my husband's quadruple bypass. Thank you."

"Beautiful, historic property in Midtown Atlanta, Excellent staff, friendly, helpful, super efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable, my suite had a separate kitchen, washer and dryer and living area, bathroom was roomy. Great on-site restaurant venues, walkable to many attractions and destination areas in midtown."

"The location was great in terms of walking to/from entertainment venues. In addition, the room was nice, the entire building was clean, and the roof top bar was so fun. "

"The Peachtree Hotel Midtown had all the makings of a very nice hotel, but a few issues just kept it from reaching its potential. Positives: The price and location, especially if you're visiting Georgia Tech or downtown Atlanta, is hard to beat. It was about half the price of most other Midtown hotels. It's got a beautiful lobby, big ballrooms, a restaurant, gym, coffee shop, etc. And the front desk staff was very nice. Negatives: Stains on the hallway carpeting, dirty box spring, clogged sink, regular smell of pot in the area, 4th floor outdoor pool and deck were not operational, and an interesting collection of guests was gathered in the lobby late one night. Also, I'd recommend a noise machine or ear plugs, as the racing engines up 75 in the middle of the night can really affect your sleep. "

"Very friendly and courteous staff. We enjoyed the clean, well appointed room. And the lobby bar and bartender were both so nice. Would recommend. This didn’t bother us, but the rooftop bar has loud music playing until 11. So if you need to sleep earlier than that, request a room far away from the bar. "
