"This is a nice trendy hotel in Midtown Atlanta, close to the freeway. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is excellent. We were not impressed with the restaurant. the food was average at best and, of course, overpriced. Try Nan Thai Restaurant nearby."

But what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service, especially from Brigitte (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name!). She was an absolute gem—compassionate, accommodating, and genuinely kind. When I called early in the morning to rebook the same room I’d stayed in the night before with my sister-in-law, she warmly told me I could return early and not to worry about housekeeping—it was mine. Her voice alone was soothing, and when I arrived, her calm and welcoming demeanor truly helped me settle back in. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels this human and heartfelt. I’m deeply grateful for this experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a peaceful, gracious place to land. 💗 "
