"Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Awesome"

"Checking in with the front desk was a bit non friendly. The rep seemed to be a bit annoyed but maybe they were having a bad night. The valet and other staff were friendly. Parking is a bit different. Either valet or pay for a public lot the hotel does not own. You have to pay every time you exit which could cost more than valet if you are not careful. Rooms were good. HVAC a little loud. Nice area."

"Very nice hotel. Manager very helpful when my reservation with Expedia didn’t show a payment from Expedia to the hotel. Parking structure is a very short walk from the hotel entrance. The breakfast was good as far as hotel buffets go."

"Stayed for one night to attend an event, this was a beautiful hotel and the location near the mall came in handy for a last-minute need. Also, I checked out the nearby Thai massage studio and it was one of the best massages I’ve had!"

"1. Checkin was okay not great but ok 2. Avoid buffet breakfast. Was literally the worst”omelette” i ever ate. Literally trash. Couldnt finish it. And i eat everything. But that that omelette. 3. Didnt clean my room. Gave me attitude when i inquired. Proceeded to barge in despite do not disturb notice. 4.coffee was trash too 5. Gym. Gym was tiny. 6. Towels had make up stains. Not from me."

"This is a great hotel! It’s clean, spacious and well taken care of. The location is prime - walking distance to restaurants and malls. I’d definitely stay here again."
