"Good location and spacious property that allows dogs. Only downside is the room could have been better cleaned and the floors especially bathroom area where theres still dirt/stain on tiles and in-between tiles(grout) which would need to get steam cleaned. Overall I would consider coming back if rooms are well cleaned."

"We stayed for one night at this property, and we enjoyed it very much. It’s a lovely property, which I understand was recently renovated. The lobby and rooms have a charming retro style that adds lots of character. Our room was spotless, and roomy. Parking couldn’t be any more convenient right outside of our room. The chimney added a perfect touch, so be sure to purchase a chimney kit from the lobby. The heater is pretty loud, but we were still able to sleep throughout. However, what stood out was the service. The attentiveness we received from Jordan was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He even kindly offered to take the fire wood to our room and start it! Who does that anymore? Huge shoutout to him for his hard work and dedication. They are very lucky to have him! Give him a raise! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Big Bear. It is also a short drive to the Village, which was very convenient"

"A big group of us stayed here for my husband’s birthday weekend and it was beautiful! The location was next to the lake and a very short drive (10 min) to Big Bear Resort and to shops. The house itself was really nice and there was plenty of space. Julie was such a great host - super responsive and very accommodating. Would stay here again!"
