"Homeless people everyone in the parking lot and stair ways. I also saw a few low riders hanging around in the parking lot. This was in broad daylight. I ended up not staying there since I did not feel safe. I went to Garden Inn just down the street and felt safe and no homeless people at all. I slept good and had piece of mind. I was not able to get a refund via Hotels.com because I didn't cancel it in time. However I did not know this place was going to be like this prior to getting there."

"The staff was amazing. Just make sure your whole party is with you because all adults need to show their ID when checking in. The rooms were clean and just how in pictures. Our rooms didn't come with a fridge or microwave but maybe this particular Motel 6 just doesn't give those amenities. Parking was easy and secure with security staff at night to watch out cars. It is pet friendly though I didn't bring my fur babies. Would I stay here again yes I definitely would."

"Place is a lil dirty and kinda sleezy. There wasn’t even any nightstands near the squeaky bed. Floors were super worn down. "

"Convenient location, close to UCR, downtown Riverside, 90 & 60 freeways, the house is spacious and well equipped with plenty to do for teens and adults. "

"If you need somewhere to spend the night and no other places are available, then you're in luck as this is that place. Obvious stains in the furniture, TV won't work, and worst of all the people the place attracts. I felt the need to look at my surroundings 24/7 before I managed to get to my room. Wouldn't recommend the place if you're going alone."

"Black mold ,cockroaches ,hot tub had bugs come crawling from behing the wall tile and blood spatter on the sheets floor and bathroom door this is not a joke see for yourself and i couldnt even get a refund "
