The most gnarly and filthy place I have ever checked in, I'm in awe of how this cockroach infected place is open for business. There were roaches everywhere when I open the room, it looks like were ever you look it was "Alive"The walls, the ceiling, the night table the BED, the floor but especially the BED was Alive with roaches. I will not recommend this place not even to my enemy.

As soon as I walked in, roaches everywhere , the bed sheets are dirty, smelled bad, the blanket is full of wholes from smoking burns, stains all over the bed. Very bad experience

The towel had stains the covers rip and old. On the hallways a big lose dog. A man walking from one room to another. We ended up living because we felt unsafe and would not sleep under poor conditions. We did not sleep there we left. We not except royalty but we did expect to be clean and safe

I did appreciate the location. There were plenty of walkable shopping and dining options. As for the room, you get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep while going to a festival for a couple of days and the price was within our budget. We had to request a room change due to a roach infestation a 1st floor room. The staff was always available, kind and accommodated our requests! They moved us to a second floor room with no issues. I took the initiative to clean and disinfect the room as it was not the cleanest. Wasn't too bad after we got settled in.
