"Overall, it was a good hotel for a family vacation. However, there was no hot water in the shower throughout my stay. I reported the issue to the staff, but it was never resolved."

"Best resort and service we’ve stayed at. We’ll definitely be returning."

"Overall great place but wouldn’t recommend for longer than 2/3 days. Food was not the best but decent."

"This is the 3rd time I visit Xcaret Arte, the two times before I had an amazing experience. However, this last visit was horrible. The Staff is NOT accommodating at all especially in restaurants. We were a group of 8 couples that booked this resort because of the great experience we had before and decided to celebrate my sister's birthday there. We emailed our plans over 6 months in advance, then they said to wait 45 days before, when we emailed again they said we had to complete a form which we...

"Esta estadía estuve espectacular, volvería a ir"

"Small beach that is public. Staff and food was great!"

"None"

"La atención muy desentendida al turismo nacional. El servicio al cuarto pésimo y limitado."

"Great beach area, not all washed away. So many pools to choose from. A lot of food choices at buffet and great ala carte. All staff was so helpful or would find someone to help you."

"We stay at one of Barcelo Maya resorts at least once a year with Palace being our favorite. I'm scoring low our stay this year because how activities were run this year. Basically, activities by pool are followed per schedule, even if there is just one participant. Activities on the beach though are being canceled without any warning. Staff would come, interrupt games without any warning (there is a schedule board that doesn't get updated). I understand weddings on the beach are cool and bring...

"Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...

"Todo excelente sigan asi tremendo servicio"

"La playa muy bonita y la comida muy buena."

"The food was edible and decent nothing exciting but it was always fresh and hot. Definitely not a party vibe at this time of year but very relaxing and clean. Weird limits on bath towels (1 per person and washcloths 1 per room) also there’s a charge if you want extra beer or soda in the mini bar ( 2 beers per day and 2 of each soda 3 water). All waitstaff were friendly and prompt."

"Great hotel. Service and food are outstanding. My only complaint might be that my booked "junior suite with ocean view" technically had ocean view if you count a tiny sliver of blue on the horizon. Apart from that the place is insanely comfortable clean and well organized and that in a huge jungle area. It's also very professionally las Vegas style American which may be a pro or con depending on what you looking for. So all in all amazing hotel. Just don't sell somethibg as ocean view if you...

"Amazing stay! Clean rooms! Staff was very nice! The pool bar tho… absolutely amazing!"
