"Gut"

"We had a lovely stay! The room was clean and well presented. Staff were helpful. Great distance from the centre of town with a 15 minute walk and 5 minutes from the train station and Jewish quarter. The shop across the road was very convenient. Breakfast was a lovely addition. Absolutely recommend"

"The Betmanowska Main Square Residence is an optimal base for visiting Krakow. Every aspect of our four-day stay was superb. Karolina was exceptionally helpful in arranging airport pickup, tour, and other travel details. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. They even provided sandwiches to take along for a tour with an early morning departure time. I easily recommend Betmanowska when visiting this beautiful city."

"Die Unterkunft war okay. Wir hatten Halbpension. Frühstück und Abendessen waren reichhaltig. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war das man für diese Preislage auch noch seinen Müll selber entsorgen musste. Der Abfallraum in der Tiefgarage ist nicht gerade einladend schon alleine vom Geruch her."

"Breakfast, though simple was definitely worth it. Good quality, clean buffet at value price. Staff excellent. Very good location 20 min. from Old Town walking. Lacked tourist information. Transit complicated unless you are a problem solver, except Taxi excellent. Many museums but city is too large like NYC so somewhat impersonal and long to walk."

"Tolles Angebot und sehr reichhaltig"

"チェックアウト後も室内プールやシャワーを借りられました！シャワーはプールにあるもので、１つです。 また、日本のようなシステムではなく、男女共有の更衣室で簡易的に使うものです。とてもきれいでした！"

"Overall, good place to stay and great location closely to the centre by walk."

"Very clean room, great shower and very comfy bed. Convenient location for the Old Town and trams/busses for travelling around the city."

"Grosses sauberes Zimmer, lecker Frühstück (teilweise nur sehr voll), alles top"

"Lovely hotel. Beautiful clean and newly refurbished. Had a suite which was fab. Cant fault the place"

"Loved this hotel right in the old town, the room was super spacious and the staff wonderful!"
