Wonderful staying in hotel in a Warsaw in a center close to old city to train station to bus station to all little gathering to have a listen concert of Chopin to all architecture pieces whatever you want to see if you came to Warsaw, especially in the first time walkable a distance clean safe. They have breakfast in, but I always prefer to explore they have kettle water in they room so you can have a tea in the evening.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place is right down town and next to public transit so it was super convenient for all the things we wanted to see and getting to the airport on the last day. Very comfortable and clean beds, carpets could you a little tlc, but over all fairly well maintained. My only complaint is the shower was a bit finicky when getting to get the right temperature it would switch from a normal temp to scorching hot out of nowhere. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was fabulous!! Great wait staff there too! All in all great place/location for traveling in Warsaw

Very convenient location, friendly staff, basic but comfy rooms. The only major downside was that the carpet in the room had a faint cigarette smell and since AC wasn’t very strong, we could smell it, especially when laying down because the beds weren’t very high. It was a nonsmoking room. The room in general was clean.

Nice hotel at the intersection of two very busy streets, but a convenient location to the train station, restaurants, and a nice walk to the old town. Just a bit noisy if you open a window. Breakfast is excellent!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I like the idea of providing filtered water for the guests, very good for the environment as well as providing unlimited water. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at Metropol six or seven times now and we always come back as this hotel offers great value based on location, price and very friendly and pleasant staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel when traveling to Warsaw.
