"Room very clean, warm floor in bathroom and cozy. I can complain only about one think; they never pick up my phone calls."

"This hotel is wonderful. It has everything you would want or need at a hotel. The only negative is that during the fall and winter they keep the rooms very warm and you can’t adjust the temperature. I had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise the facility, the staff, the food are all top quality."

"Clean room"

"Was impressed w the quality of the breakfast and dinner that was offered. The evening staff - a staff member from Ethiopia - was so welcoming and encouraging us to have a ‘good time’. We never felt that there were limits on what we ate or drank during the stay. The room - was astounding- we felt as though we had an apartment rather than the usual upgraded hotel room"

"The staff were very helpful specially Julya"

"Simply Superb. I loved the hotel; the room was super spacious, the food in the restaurant was fantastic, the speakeasy bar was really cozy and nice, and the SPA! wow. The service was absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for your next Warsaw stay."

"Check-in and check-in were very fast and easy. Breakfast is delicious. I arrived before 3pm but was still checked in by the staff. The location is right in the center of Warsaw, so is very convenient. Hotel is clean, well-maintained, and most importantly for me, the room is very quiet despite being nearby the train station."

"Wonderful breakfast, nice service"

"Close to major attractions and friendly staff."

"Great place and friendly staff"
