We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. My room was comfortable, spacious, and modernly decorated, with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. The hotel is in a great location. We appreciated the cleanliness and fantastic service. However, there were a few things we didn't like. It was chaotic and crowded at breakfast; it was hard to find an available table. The staff didn't seat guests or check for free tables. Hotel parking is expensive compared to other hotel parking lots in other cities. The stay included one hour of free access to the Aqua Park pools. This didn't bother us too much, though, as that amount of time was sufficient for us. The rooftop infinity pool was okay, but the water wasn't very warm. There was also a Jacuzzi, but it was always occupied, so we didn't get a chance to use it. Generally we recommend stay there.

Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z

Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

The worst staff of any hotel we visited ever. The Polish seems unable to give service. The rooms were good but the pool not so nice. The breakfast was a disaster, too many people and extremly hectic. Will not come back.

No water in the bathroom for almost 2 hours in the morning Bird poop on the curtains uppon arrival Refrigirator in the room out of order No towels uppon arrival No soap on day three Out of toilett paper twice in a week Very friendly Asian staff but many of the polish staff were rude except for the houseceeping staff that was very service minded and friendly No freshly baked buns for breakfast No oatmilk in the restaurants This is NOT a five star hotel! I will not come back here!

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the bar was closed. Both were a reason for us to go there, it's a pity that it wasn't available, but above all that it wasn't announced. There was no apology and no justification. At the prices we paid for a suite, it was a no go.

We stayed in a superior room with view but we found a bit tight for 2 people , the front desk recommended the presidential suite ,,, on the 12 th floor it was 1000sqft , and the view from it was spectacular we agreed to take it, however the staff member forgot to mention there was no sound proofing , and there was a restaurant above the room , you could hear from morning till night , people walking , chairs and tables moving etc ,, for a presidential suite the furniture in living room looked liked it had taken a beating over the years , the mini bar was also pathetic, snicker bar and some soft drinks , for that kind of money per night I would have expected more , the tv connection to internet did not work they had some old system , no upgraded internet , the carpet Was in need of carpeting cleaning g to remove stains , the wood floor in living room and dining room was in bad shape , i will stay at Radisson in other cities ,,,, but never in swinoujscie, This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing vacation for me , however hard to sleep if they are running and moving stuff early in the morning till night time

Das Zimmer war wunderschön und der Blick klasse. Das personal hat sich um einen tollen Aufenthalt bemüht. Whirlpool und Sauna ist für die Masse Menschen zu klein und nur mit Glück ist es nicht überlaufen. Frühstücken sollte man deutlich vor neun aber darauf kann man sich einstellen. Dir Auswahl des Buffets war sehr groß.
