Great location

Nice hotel with a great view of the ocean. As many hotels do, this also has a great deal of perfume everywhere, which is too powerful and not allergy friendly.

Our stay was nice, but not more than that. It was actually a bit disappointing for a five stars Hilton hotel. On the first shower we found out that it was clogged, the Shampoo bottle was empty and the shower gel was mixed with water. We called the reception and the staff responded quick so it was okay…but yet not such a great experience to start your stay. The water park is very nice but having only one hour free was also very (!!) disappointing, since there is no other alternative for pool there (with small child). I would expect from a five stars hotel that claims to have a pool to provide better terms for its guests. Breakfast was good but lacked some basic foods, dinner was very good. Location is super!!!

Insgesamt ein neues, schönes und komfortables Hotel. Ein toller Wasserpark. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, könnte aber besser sein (keine große Auswahl an Säften, flüssiger Haferbrei usw.). Zu den Nachteilen würde ich Folgendes zählen: 1) In den Zimmern kann die Temperatur nicht mit Hilfe der Klimaanlage reguliert werden. 2) Der Strand ist über den Sand schwer zu erreichen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollten Holzstege zum Strand angelegt werden, und (absolut notwendig!) beim Verlassen des Strandes sollten Duschen und Wasserhähne zum Waschen der Füße vorhanden sein.

Hotel und Zimmer sind immer noch top, allerdings wurde unser Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt. Dies wurde uns auch von anderen Gästen bestätigt. Hier sollte das Hotel wirklich nachbessern, da es sich ja hierbei um ein 5 Sterne Haus handelt und preislich im oberen Segment ansiedelt. Frühstück lohnt sich absolut und ist mega.

Das Hotel , Essen und Personal waren gut. Das Essen war schon in der höheren Preisklasse, aber geschmacklich sehr gut. Eine top Lage , so wie es beschrieben wurde. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zu einer Baustelle und es war schon am frühen Morgen sehr laut und man konnte nicht ausschlafen.

Grundsätzlich war alles in Ordnung. Bei einem Haus mit diesem Anspruch achtet man jedoch auf Kleinigkeiten. Dreilagiges Toilettenpapier wird sicherlich nicht den wirtschaftlichen Ruin einläuten. Auch wäre eine stark vereinfachte WLAN Anmeldung ohne Datenkrake wünschenswert; Nachname und Zimmernummer reichen völlig aus. Nebenan beim Radisson geht das doch auch. Bei dreiviertel deutschen Gästen wäre auch eine durchgängig deutschsprachige Rezeption nicht zuviel verlangt.

Top Hotel in super Lage

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffett hat keine Wünsche übrig gelassen. Von frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen über frische Waffeln und Pancakes zu regionalen Angeboten war alles vorhanden. Auch das a la carte Restaurant und unser Kellner Antonio waren super! Den Aquapark, welcher direkt neben dem Hotel lag, darf man pro Tag eine Stunde kostenlos nutzen. Ansonsten gibt es in dem Hotel einen kostenlosen Wellness-/Spabereich, Fitnessstudio (24h nutzbar), mehrere Bars, eine Disco mit Bowlingbahnen/Billardtischen/Kicker. Auch Fahrräder (zum absolut fairen Preis) kann man im Hotel mieten. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt (was man bei den vorhandenen Annehmlichkeiten gar nicht braucht) ist man direkt auf der Restaurant-Meile. Der Strand ist in einer Gehminute erreicht.
