We had a wonderful stay - the location was perfect (a quiet street in the Old Town), staff members were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We are planning to return next year.

Stayed six night at Amber Design, and it was so comfortable and convenient. The staff are always available to guide you, teach you a few words of polish, or make you a excellent coffee. It is super clean, immaculate really. And the art work, and the design is so well thought out. And the location could not be better, near the park and the Florian Gate near the main theater. I also love that the windows open so you can get fresh air. You are truly in a quaint neighborhood, literally across the street from a school. I loved it!!! Good for families too, as you can get connecting rooms.

This a such a great hotel!! Very clean, the decor is lovely, and the staff is super helpful and sweet. It‘s also very walkable to all the major attractions. …It was also next to a beautiful park which I always looked forward to walking around. I would definitely stay here again if (hopefully when) I travel back to Krakow.

This hotel and the location is outstanding. Walking distance to everything around the old town. The value and quality of the rooms is excellent. Stuff at the front desk is always happy, super helpful and friendly which is one of the highlights of our stay. We have received some discounts for recommended places to eat and those restaurants were great too. 100% we will be back if we come back to Krakow. They had a paid parking for 200zl per day which was super convenient too. Glad we found this place!

My room has an elegant feel and vibe to it. The property and room are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, allowing me to borrow an outlet adapter. As for the location, it’s perfectly in between the central station and the old town.

Hotel was convenient to Main Market and restaurants. Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Only disappointment was the transfer back to airport. Driver would not take credit card and overcharged us. We would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.
