Excellent location and beautiful historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds bit soft for my liking and room in the roof space had no outlook. Hotel restaurant is incredible and breakfasts are terrific.

We just finished a 3 night stay at Hotel Copernicus. It was a lovely hotel! The location was so central- we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The view of the castle from its rooftop was amazing! The staff was warm and welcoming and made transportation arrangements for us. I would highly recommend it!

Mathew at the front desk was welcoming, knowledgable, and attentive. He helped research transportation options to/from Auschwitz and made valuable suggestions as it was our first time in Poland. The property is on a quiet street yet within comfortable walking distance of Wawel Castle and Market Square. The room was absolutely gorgeous as was the rest of the hotel. We used the sauna/pool and rooftop patio. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast one morning.

I have never had a more pleasant experience here. The staff at this establishment is incredible and genuinely take pride in their hospitality of their guests. I highly recommend the restaurant here as well. We had exceptional food and the knowledge from the staff educating us on our choices was perfect. We loved the room as it was always very clean and the staff that cleaned our room took care of every detail. The breakfast was also exceptional and I have to say that the staff here was wonderful and just so friendly to us. I have nothing bad to say and happily recommend this hotel!!!!
