"Great parties and friendly staff but when asked twice to restock mini fridge it wasn't done but marked as done in their system, asking for extra creamer for coffee in the morning took over an hour. Really great location next to the beach but food lacked and inconvenient hours of operation. Had to leave the property a few times for meals."

"I had a great experience staying at this resort in Cancun! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was really good. The beach and pools were beautiful, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. I had an amazing vacation and would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun. I would love to come back again!"

"I enjoy everything All staff was so kind and helpful. Food was delicious at buffet but better at the night restaurant. My favorite was Milan very clean pools and everywhere specially the beach was awesome"

"Best experience if you want to have Choose the hilton. Very clean, happy positive environment and clean rooms. Enjoy pool, beach and drinks and most important food. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. Clean pools and clean towels available all the time. Wifi works 24*7 everywhere on the property. Thanks Hilton for such a great experience"

"We stayed in the Preferred Honeymoon Suite Ocean Front. We were on the 26th Floor. The views were beautiful! Go for the ocean front not the ocean view, it is worth the extra money! Mexico is #1 in hospitality. Everyone was amazing! We did the lobster dinner, which was amazing... but, we did not like the show. They included 2 girls that just moved around, no talent.. it would haven been better to just have music. The DJ was great, the sax player was great... We will be back soon!"
