"Everything about the hotel and the food was great the only issue I had was pertaining to the room. The toilet was broken and there was an issue with the hot water which they fixed both things quickly. The only other thing I would suggest is that they get real mirrors, they had those weird fake mirrors that get ugly looking and have black dots on them after they wear, if that makes any sense."

"Loved our stay here. The service was impeccible. The food was the best that we have had at an all-inclusive. We will definitely be back soon!"

"Every detail"

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"We got the all-inclusive package for a family of four; my wife, my son and daughter and I. The food was phenomenal. All of the restaurants were quite excellent with the exception of the circus, which primarily catered to kids so expect kitty style menu and food there. Our room was next to the waterpark - a blast for the kids- and it...

"Very good service in the room, it was always clean"

"Si no dejas propina en los restaurantes el servicio de los meseros es pobre"

"The exterior/beach and pool are great. Restaurant options are very limited and access to off Property is bad. The waterfront restaurant is not an option as it is inundated with smoke from the wood fired grill. The only other exterior choice is an afterthought with bright lights. No music no ambience. The inside sports bar is cold and ununviting. The place is old out-dated and plain. Not a luxury hotel. Needs remodel. Wait till after remodel to give it a try. It just isn't the caliber of hotel...

"Don’t be fooled by the marketing! They advertise 6–7 restaurants, but in reality, only ONE restaurant is open each day. Despite paying a premium price for an all-inclusive resort, they constantly pressure guests to spend more money. Want access to better restaurants? Expect to pay an additional $100–$300 per night. They also try to sell you overpriced bottles of wine for $300–$400, and if you don’t buy anything extra, you are treated like a second-class guest. On top of that, they waste your...
