"The Hotel is too old the food is not that good"

"Great adult only resort. Very well maintained. Exceptionally clean. Nice choices for dinner. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation, this is definitely the resort."

"Excellent service provided by all the staff. Enjoyable stay, rooms were cleaned daily and restocked with snacks and drinks. Food was excellent especially at Black Iron and Livo. "The butler service was great he made sure we had everything we needed and wanted he made my stay great with setting up birthday surprises for my wife"

"Everything was good. The hospitality, the comfort, the food. Only problem the bed was too hard. Couldn't really sleep real comfortably."

"Overall Hyatt Ziva is an outstanding hotel to have a vacation, full of activities, amazing beach and delicious food. Hotel Staff Oscar made my kids’ stay very memorable, we want to have special thanks to Oscar for arranging the activities."
