"i loveddddd it . very clean, everyone is so polite."

"Most of the staff was friendly. If you needed things for the room that service was horrible several occasions I had to call 4 to 5 times or walk to the front desk which was a long walk. The staff at the buffet was great. The person who greeted us at in main lobby was great. The food was good the drinks were watered down"

"Everything was beautiful"

"I have stayed here in the past and my experience was by far the best the first time.. Not complaining but the staff wasn’t as pleasant, they seemed tired and overworked…Even with tipping then they were so dry, ask a question and it was like you’re disturbing them,..I would like to see some different entertainment it was the exact same entertainment from the last time I was there, bring out a live band during the day for a few segments of music, honestly I think it’s time for a make over,I didn’t...

"Dear RIU Corporate Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the unacceptable service and treatment I experienced during my eight-day stay at your hotel. What occurred on the morning of my departure was extremely distressing and has significantly affected my overall impression of RIU and my experience in Jamaica. On October 20, 2026, I spoke with a representative and inquired whether the hotel offered shuttle service. I was advised that shuttle...

"Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

"The staff is the best they are friendly on extra nice to all guest i can't wait to go back for my next anniversary."

"Great experience"

"This stay was very disappoining compared to my previous stay. Our room door didn't properly close. So you have to remember to push or pull it. Paint peeling off wall near sink. Shower door didn't close. We spent two days without hot water and was told everything was fine. Food was so blah.. Same thing every day for breakfast. I paid for private dinner"

"I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!"

"Beautiful property and excellent staff!"

"Always a pleasure to stay at this resort. Beautifully kept property and great staff who go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant experience."
