The property, staff, and rooms were great. Nightly entertainment could use some improvement. Food was not great at the restaurants. I wasn’t able to get to the restaurants that I was told were better. We weren’t told ahead of time that they were not open every night. Make sure to check which nights the restaurants are open.

The property was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. A special thank you to Obrian at the front desk for his excellent service. The entertainment was great, especially the Motown night, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The food was good overall. We ate only at the buffet, which offered a decent variety of options. However, some items would occasionally run out, and guests had to wait for them to be replenished. It wasn’t a major issue, as there were usually other choices available. One area that could use improvement is beverage service, as I often had to get up and find someone to refill my water. The beach was absolutely wonderful. My aunt and I spent most days there from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Enjoying the beautiful water and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a great time.

We recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was also very clean and enjoyable throughout the stay. Staff were friendly and the resort itself was kept in good condition. The main downside for us was the food. There were decent options, but after a few days it felt pretty repetitive and we were hoping for a bit more variety. The beach was also smaller than expected. Going in, I had pictured a larger beachfront area, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a good resort and we enjoyed our stay. That said, I’m not sure I would return specifically to this part of Jamaica as I think I’d try another area next time.

The property was clean. The room bathroom door would not latch so it never closed. The room from the bathroom area to the bedroom did not close. It only went 3/4 of the way. We were not too concerned as we only spent a little time in the room. Our 2nd room there was no safety latch. Pool area was clean and nice. General buffet area was always clean, nice, lots of variety of food and the staff here were the best. The rest of the service especially in all the bars was super poor. It seemed like it was a chore to be at work. No acknowledgment of your presence, whether you tip or not. The game staff were good too.

The staff are great, friendly but they are lacking in the cleaning, my friends room and my room had bed bugs. After reporting they changed our room but if we didn’t had a picture to proof it they would kept us on the same room.
