We recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was also very clean and enjoyable throughout the stay. Staff were friendly and the resort itself was kept in good condition. The main downside for us was the food. There were decent options, but after a few days it felt pretty repetitive and we were hoping for a bit more variety. The beach was also smaller than expected. Going in, I had pictured a larger beachfront area, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a good resort and we enjoyed our stay. That said, I’m not sure I would return specifically to this part of Jamaica as I think I’d try another area next time.

The pool was really great with enjoy a lot , very clean the hotel , food excellent, people very attentive to the hosts needs, my husband and myself we had a wonderful days in Jamaica at the hotel . The only complaint that we had was the price of the taxis very high they charged you 80 dollars round trip to 15 min from the hotel to doctor cave beach but everything well was great

The employees were friendly and helpful, hotel concierge was super pushy and annoying. The bed was the worst mattress i have ever slept on in a hotel/resort. Totally awful. I couldnt wait to get into my own bed.

The maid service and mini bar service was excellent. The beach at Waves is better with more shade under the trees. The food was average, very repetitious after 2 days. The supervisor of the wait staff in the evenings at the buffet was mean to her employees. The coffee shop service was great and the casino staff were also great.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the incredible service that they gave my family, especially the staff in the Miranda Hall Buffet! We were there celebrating our babies 1st birthday and the entire staff was extremely accommodating and showed so much love to our little Marlee. Our baby had a great time every time we came to the buffet to eat. Everyone there loved Marlee and on our last night, the supervisor/manager allowed the staff to make a small cake for our baby and the experience we had with them singing happy birthday was absolutely amazing. We thank each and everyone one of them from the bottom of our hearts. We will forever recommend this resort and the Miranda Hall Team. Thank you!

The highlight was the staff hands down. The layout of the room was great, although the decor could’ve been a bit more aesthetically. The food at the buffet was decent. The okra was perfect every time though. The triangle hash browns at breakfast were delicious. Sole Mio was a great Italian restaurant. Quaint, intimate, good food. A great date night option. I love that it was small inside. Great magic show. Great pool foam party (drinks did the job!). The DJ played good music at the club BUT the crowd was not plentiful. It’s definitely more for families and to those who want to chill and relax as opposed to those who want to party BUT we got good info on where to party off the resort and had a great driver and a good time. Overall 9/10 experience.

They did had variety of food and restaurant but taste was not good. Food was missing spieces. Not good dessert either except at restaurnt had some good dessert.
