We absolutely loved the resort, entertainment, staff and pools! Minor things to improve- the lazy river was very lazy- kids got out of tubes to drag us adults along. The food was great, but not a ton of picky kids options. They also open and close down dining at specific times so just be aware when planning your day. Overall still a wonderful vacation destination!

We had an enjoyable stay at Iberostar Rose Hall. It was not super busy, so there was no difficulty accessing amenities. Food was good, staff was great, and activities and entertainment were very enjoyable. The activity staff do a fantastic job. Very nice pools and beach, as well. The property itself is a little rough around the edges in spots. Sloppy paint and caulk jobs in the room. Some cracks here and there. Nothing that hampered our stay, but does take away some from the illusion of luxury.

Like so many have said, the staff is a big plus as well as the food. The pool was nice as well as the beach view. The only negative for me is that the bathroom in my room showed its age. There was no outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. When I used the hairdryer in the sitting area it blew a fuse. The power went out on the dryer as well as the TV. My husband was able to restore power quickly from the fuse box inside the room. The restaurants and the common areas have been updated since my visit seven years ago, but the rooms need to be updated as well.

The property, staff, and rooms were great. Nightly entertainment could use some improvement. Food was not great at the restaurants. I wasn’t able to get to the restaurants that I was told were better. We weren’t told ahead of time that they were not open every night. Make sure to check which nights the restaurants are open.
