Couples Swept Away All Inclusive

"The room was spacious and clean. There were no weird decorations. The housekeepers were very nice. The hotel grounds are stunning. We liked the romantic vibes. There were happy, beautiful couples wandering around the hotel. The beach is breathtaking and huge. There are lots of lounges. However, there were lots of beach hustlers. The food was mediocre. We decided to go to the buffet only because we had a hard time finding what we liked. The fruit selection was very limited, which is weird for the Caribbean. The morning staff at the buffet was less friendly than the evening staff. If you buy a garden-view room, be ready to be on the far side of the hotel, next to the road and construction. The only major downside of our trip was the drive to the hotel. It was two hours long. The road was rough."

"The only disappointment I have was the room. I asked for 2 beds and was brought into a room with a King size bed. When I spoke to the bell hop who called the front desk I was advised that what I asked for is a "request" that means if they had the 2 beds ready I would have go it but they didnt. Other than that I had a good time."

"Great resort! The food was delicious! Our room was clean, and certain staff were very welcoming and helpful. We felt very safe and enjoyed the entertainment on the nights they had it. We are hoping to make Deja Resort our go to resort when in Montego Bay."

"The hotel was a beautiful resort, and we absolutely loved our swim-up room! We used the swim up pool everyday! The main pool next to it was also great. The beach wasn’t the best—it was a little rocky to get into, and the water wasn’t clear blue. However, the beach was still decent, and they added more sand toward the end of our stay. The buffet food was alright—not the best, but decent. We really enjoyed some of the restaurants, and the best part was that we didn’t have to make reservations. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the resort!"

"Unfortunately, I could not award “Excellent”. Upon arrival I was given a ground floor unit, however, there were terrible disturbance above my room. I tried my best to ignore the noise, however it became uncomfortable and unbearable. I finally decided I have had enough and started recording it all. After alerting the front desk team, and had them listen to what I was enduring, they themselves were astonished as to what was going on. They promptly moved me to a second level unit, which was very lovely. Thankfully, the recording does not lie. Form August 27, 2026 - August 29, 2026, was startling, as the noise throughout the day was at random at times. August 29th, was as if chairs and other furnitures were being dragged across the ceiling above my head. Quite, came the balance of August 29th, which I appreciated. Thankfully you!"
