They are wonderful bartenders and know how to make a drink! Brittany's saying goes, More Rum more Fun ! Tamika was our server for the evening dinner, she is so bubbly, definitely service with a smile.The beach was beautiful and you never have to worry about getting a lounge chair! Bianka and Amanda were extremely helpful at the front desk during our stay! Lynette in the gift shop will remember your name the first time you meet,she is an amazing woman! Our room was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable, the perfect balance of modern design and relaxing luxury. The hotel truly delivers on its promise of boutique luxury. It’s in the thoughtful details: the beautifully designed spaces, the curated daily events, and the overall atmosphere that makes you feel both pampered and completely at ease. The food was outstanding, and each restaurant had its own unique, stylish vibe. The DJ at the pool brought such a great energy, it made every afternoon feel like a celebration without ever being overwhelming. "The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to everyone we met! "
