"Clean rooms, courteous and friendly staff, very kids friendly no matter the age. Amazing experience. Loved their room services. Could do with ackee on the buffet line tho. And privacy for the bathroom area in the room."

"Romeo and Roy were out Butlers for this trip and they were excellent, took care of us from check in to check out with anything we needed. Will be revisiting this property every year."

"The front staff, servers, and bartenders were amazing. HOWEVER upon arrival the bags being checked were a little rude, in a rush to get us to sit down for a meeting (probably time share) for a discounted massage, and the shuttle/trolley/golf cart back and forth to the rooms was HORRIBLE (I think this is what takes away from this being a 5 star resort) the rooms are a little far and transportation back and forth was horrible. The phones were down and we waited a 30 hr for a ride with no one in...

"My experience was not good. Staff was accommodating. Brown at the front was exceptionally helpful. Entertainment crew was good. My housekeeper was excellent. The food was atrocious. I had to eat out almost every night or just go hungry. Not good for an all inclusive hotel. I was bitten by bed bugs. They only changed my sheets. The mosquitoes there are on steroids. Would I recommend that place to anyone? NO!!!! Unless you have pounds, US dollars or Canadian dollars to waste. That place needs a...

"The rooms are very nice and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, some of the sofas and garden furniture had stains, so a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would improve the overall experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good selection of food and plenty of choice. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice. Unfortunately, the other...

"Waiting too long for coffee at the table wish you had self-service coffee the food was great the staff was wonderful one suggestion would it be possible to have a scale to weigh your suitcase somewhere in the vicinity? The beach across the street was the best so convenient."

"Yes it was good."

"Very clean I love it"

"Staff were amazing"

"Excellent staff"

"Very friendly"

"The property itself is beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing. We stayed on the Diamond Club side to celebrate our anniversary, and our two butlers were absolutely fantastic! They even decorated our room for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch. We have no complaints about their service and truly appreciated the extra effort they made to make our stay special. Food: I would rate the food a 3 out of 5. Several times, items I was looking for were unavailable. On our last night, I ordered...

"I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!"

"Great vacation"

"The staff is amazing!"

"It was great, I had a lot of fun, despite the fact that a lot of the property was being renovated. The staff were very attentive. I think there are some minor issues that ought to be addressed, for instance, the toilet seat was detached and the room was often slippery but it was still pretty good."

"Our family had a lovely stay here!"
