"Great location, comfortable quiet room"

"Clean hotel with lift about a 10 minute walk from Paddington Station. It was a great stay before my flight out of Heathrow, close to the Heathrow Express."

"La qualité du service et la propreté des lieux. Beaucoup de choix au déjeuner, bon roulement"

"Staff was very helpful at all times and breakfast is good. However, the rooms are not sound proof. Windows do not seal and you can hear everything going on outside. Also, the walls must be drywall as you can hear your neighbors. Lastly, while the room is clean, it’s not vacuumed. Unfortunately this made me pick up allergies and get a sore throat during my stay. It went away on its own when we left."

"Clos"

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"Likes: free water available in lobby, location was great. Dislikes: tiny room, tiny uncomfortable bed, scaffolding and construction right outside our window. Was not informed about construction prior to booking. Construction workers cussing at 830 am this morning, not a great way to wake up. Total lack of privacy. I had to hurry to close shutters."

"great location near tcr station. single room is small but nicely equipped with room safe, ac unit, bath room. good self-service breakfast buffet. house-keeping procedure needs improvement, ordering at reception each time and waiting for cleaning is inconvenient and did not always work."

"جميع الخدمات متوفرة ولكن الاثاث قديم وكذلك فرش ارضية الغرفة والمصاعد تصدر اصوات مزعجة"

"Loved this hotel for its location. The Gloucester tube station is right across the street which makes it very convenient and so many walkable options within 20 mins or so. Coffee shops and small comfort shops on the street. Cute breakfast/tea restaurant next door that you don’t want to miss. Room was very comfortable but carpets could use a shampoo. Staff were wonderfully friendly. Would stay again!"

"Great location"

"Victoria underground very near, walking distance"

"The hotel is very close to Earl Court station, restaurants and grocery store. The staff is very friendly, special thanks to Caneho for her outstanding customer service. I got lost in the neighborhood because my GPS kept sent me to street over. After I called the hotel and talked to Caneho, I gave her the address I was on. She walked to where I was and we walked together to the hotel. Thank you kindly, Caneho!"
