The Ashburn Hotel is very close to the Gloucester Road Underground station which made for easy travel all over London. The neighborhood around the hotel has many good restaurants, coffeeshops, and a market. The V&A and other museums are a short walk. Staff was very helpful and kind, available at all hours of the day.

The location is wonderful and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the shower enclosure allowed water to go all over the floor when the shower was used. Other than that- everything was great!

Great location, close to many restaurants within walkable distance. Close to Underground station. Safe area, no concern walking around day or night. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. The gentleman in charge of the reception, Andy, was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. He was incredibly helpful and cooperative throughout my stay and went above and beyond to make everything comfortable and easy. The staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable and a good size. The furnishings are a bit dated, but that didn't detract from the overall experience. The hotel is very conveniently located near a Tube station and several attractions and shopping areas.

I have been staying at the Ashburn for annual trips to London for almost 20 years. I can't remember the last time that I even looked at other options. The location is great--on the West Road coming in from Heathrow; 6 minute walk to Gloucester Road tube station with three lines that can get you anywhere; lots of walkable dining options as well as Boots and Waitrose for incidentals; safe neighborhood. The staff are exceedingly pleasant and helpful. It's small and the decor is not modern, but that adds to it's charm. And it's reasonable.

This hotel is located in a neighbourhood that is close to shops and restaurants little places to get food and it is and it is really close to Gloucester Station the underground that connects you very quickly to central London. It’s very close to the natural history museum, which is great for kids.

We had a 3 nt stay and all very good. The decor is getting a lil dull but the location was great. Right in the heart of a few areas. Close to everything you may need including Freddie Mercurys house lol The lady on the front desk was lovely to us. Breakfast was everything you need to start the day. Clean and tidy but one thing for older people. The shower is over the bath and very high sides with nothing to grab onto. That would be the only thing I could say negative
