"Airport shuttle is terrible 😢"

"The experience was 10/10. Best view you will ever see."

"We were upgraded to a premium room, which was a wonderful surprise after a four day hike to Machu Picchu. Amazing staff and quality food, but we didn’t have too much time to spend there."

"The property was extremely nice and we especially enjoyed the Cocoa Tea and cookies served daily in the lobby. We also loved he beautiful courtyard and seating with easy entry into the bar and the restaurant. We had a lovely young lady named Analia who was so sweet, gracious and helpful! "La habitación fea, el baño sucio tenía pegada una toalla húmedas en la tina… nos dieron una habitación primero que olía muy mal, luego otra que estuvo mejor pero nada que ver con las fotos. Se que es difícil conseguir una habitación en machupichu pero esta vez si me decepcionó el hotel."

"Top stay in Cuzco, and tasty drinks at the lobby"

"Staff very helpful and polite. They offer free airport collection and breakfast bags for early pick ups for tours. Location is great, only a short walk to the main square and most tours pick up from hotel. Only issues were the water wasn’t very warm on the first night and having a room that overlooks the courtyard can be very loud at times, especially on days where there is live music and you have an early start the next morning."

"This hotel was amazing, they welcomed us with a coca tea to help with elevation. This hotel was a humble , clean and very attentive. The security of the hotel was amazing as well, I felt extremely safe. Breakfast was included and it was huge and tasteful, extremely filling. I loved this hotel and how they made us feel. We will definitely return."

"Highly recommend El MaPi. Logistically convenient, a very easy walk from train station, and close to the bus station heading up Machu Pichu. Hotel has an earthy/ nature oriented feel, very relaxing. Staff are very friendly, extremely helpful. Room was nice, clean, seemed fairly new/ updated. Restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast, fun bar for after dinner. I didn’t visit the spa, but am sure it was great too."

"Beautiful garden. Nice staff."
