"Personally, I think this hotel deserves at least a four-star rating for its ambiance and service. The gardens and rooms are spotless, the city and mountain views from the breakfast room are stunning (breakfasts are also exceptional!). All members of staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, knowledgeable about nearby restaurants and attractions, and the airport transfers are punctual and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers from all over the world."

"Clean room"

"Muy bueno, todo limpio, organizado, y el desayuno excelente."

"Great location, clean room & friendly staff. Water pressure in the shower✅. The downfall was that we could hear every footstep (sounds like stomping) the people above us took. The first night the person above us seemed to pace from 10 pm - 1 am. The second night it was someone new & no pacing but every footstep plus when they left at 4 am. "Lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación,el resto es de muy baja calidad."

"Tambo del Arriero is a wonderful boutique base in Cusco. The restored 17th-century courtyard is quiet and beautiful, offering a warm escape from the busy streets. The staff is exceptionally kind, providing 24/7 complimentary coca tea (a lifesaver for the altitude) and securely storing our bags while we traveled out to the Sacred Valley. "The property is centrally located and close to restaurants and other attractions. The only downside I can think of is that, since it’s right on the main square, it’s very noisy—especially since I was assigned a room on a corner of the square. Other than that, I’d give it a 10 out of 10. Because I understand that’s beyond the hotel’s control."

"El hotel es sencillo pero cumplidor. Cuartos con buen espacio y baño adecuado. Quizá el desayuno es un poco sencillo y la lavandería no estuvo al nivel que esperaba. Fuera de eso la experiencia fue muy buena y si lo recomendaría! Está muy bien ubicado y el personal es sumamente atento"
