We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Cusco for one night and had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, offered good value for the price, and included a very good breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay and definitely worth the price!

So far so good, the people there are so nice and gentle, stayed here for 4 days, only one thing to considered, water in the shower is or hot or cold, no middle point lol, great experience and really comfortable place nearby the down town of Cusco.

This is a great hotel to stay of you're in Cusco. The staff is very attentive, the property is clean and smells soooo good. We arrived before check in and they had coca and munya tea ready for guests, in case you were struggling with the altitude. The breakfast options are very good too and though it's not in the middle of Plaza de Armas, the walk is not too far away and you still have access to a lot of businesses that are close by.

Very quiet rooms Super nice beding Great breakfast that runs from 5am to 10am Very good and well priced restaurant Well priced for the service overall The neighborhood could be nicer. But it is safe and close enough to walk anywhere. Plus it is very close to the airport. I would stay in this hotel again.

Great restaurant. Good variety for the daily breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I tried practicing my Spanish but since most of the desk staff and restaurant staff speak some English, it was faster to communicate in English. And less painful for the staff too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for visitors to Cusco.

Hampton Cusco is conveniently located next to Wanchaq train station. The staff are very friendly and always put on the brightest smile. The room is spacious and clean. My room also got a pretty nice view too. The breakfast has decent selection of hot and cold items, with 2 hot dishes rotating daily. I enjoyed my stay overall.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Cusco. The hotel was clean, well maintained and staff were very attentive and approachable. Thank you for accomodating us on our Machu Picchu tour by packing us a to go breakfast. That was very thoughtful! I look forward to continuing to visit Hampton Inn locations as my preferred choice of hotel.

I stayed for two nights at Hampton by Hilton. Complimentary bottled water was provided only on the first day and was not replenished afterward. While many Hampton properties have upgraded to liquid soap dispensers, this hotel still uses individual toiletries, which I actually appreciated. Basic amenities were somewhat limited. Coffee and tea were available during breakfast hours, but not afterward unless you used the supplies provided in the room, which were not of the same quality as those in the breakfast area. The rooms are also quite small and may feel cramped, especially if more than one person is staying in the room. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the limited amenities and small room size left room for improvement.

We had requested a quiet room away from elevators with an outside view for our honeymoon. The hotel had reached back out to us prior to our arrival to confirm our request would be accommodated. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that had an inside view of the lobby and was next to elevators (noisy). Moreover, we had to wait to get our room because we had arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time and were told our room was being cleaned. Our room was dirty (hair/dust on the ground) and the A/C did not work well. There is no gym or pool. The hot tub had a weird smell. The amenities are subpar. The location was good, but overall, would not recommend this hotel.
