"Very attentive cleaning services, and overall the staffers were a great help. The location was very desirable to us and we would stay again!"

"Great location walking distance from Central Park"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"Good was clean but ac system was loud"

"Comfortable beds, attentive service, and great location."
