"The rooms were moldy, and out dated. We had to switch rooms twice because of the mold in one room was unbearable especially since out children are asthmatic. The next room's AC didn't cool as much. The bathrooms had hard water everywhere. My room got cleaned probably one time since I've been there and I stayed 10 days with my family. There was limit english speakers or translators. "This mavbe my most enjoyable stay ever in a hotel. I have never been in a hotel where absolutely everybody was so polite, friendly and engaed in creating a memorable experience for the guests. The owner of the hotel personally took me on an excursion which was so exciting and so thoughtful. All the team knew my name and tretaed me like a member of rheir famiy. The hotel was well maintained, located on (and my room overlooked) a great beach and the food was perfect! I will stay here again"
