After returning home, I discovered that the hotel charged my card again for the full cost of the room, despite the stay already being paid for through the booking platform. This resulted in two separate charges for the same three-night stay. What is particularly concerning is the lack of response since then. I have contacted the hotel five times over the past week requesting clarification and resolution and have received no response whatsoever. Errors can happen in hospitality operations. However, mischaracterizing a charge as a deposit and then failing to respond to multiple attempts to resolve a billing issue raises serious concerns about billing practices and customer service standards. For transparency to future guests: if you book through Hotels.com or another third-party platform, I strongly recommend reviewing your credit card statement carefully after checkout to ensure you have not been charged twice. I would appreciate a response from hotel management to resolve the duplicate charge and clarify the property’s billing practices."
