As expected. Clean, simple, transparent. What you see is what you get… unfortunately not cheap because of the holidays, BUT best option for the price, and the location is perfect! I really enjoyed my 5 night stay here! Rooms are spacious and the location near the main railway station makes it easy to get into the center (or it’s not far to walk). Staff very helpful and efficient, room was impeccably clean. Some noise from trains or traffic depending on where room is…but in general this is a super hotel and I will gladly stay here again!

We arrived from Munich tired and with a hangover after attending Oktoberfest, we got in at 11 am hoping for an early check in and the staff was amazing and friendly. Typical hotel near a main train station, more on the budget side, you have to ask for cups, fresh towels etc. no safe, breakfast was good and worth including in the price. Great Asian place next door and a rooftop bar 5 minutes away that’s recommended to get views of the city.

The hotel was a short walk to the train station which was a plus, the room very clean and modern but it had limited amenities and the streaming on the tv did not work so no English channels. The staff were nice but we had to ask for towels and pillows. The bed was comfy but it is a very modern funky vibe that wasnt what we were looking for in Vienna!
